What will happen on my first appointment?

After the physio introduces himself, you will be asked to describe your issue and how it is affecting you. Your medical history will also be taken to ensure that your presentation is not related to any existing conditions. A physical examination will also be performed and from all the information gathered an accurate diagnosis will be made.

Once the diagnosis has been made, an individualised treatment plan will be devised that is guided by current evidenced based practice.
